42nd national Day @ 1 Fullerton. |
This year national day was a day spent with Mellisa, Melvin, Bernard, Laura, Manu, Joel, Bernard, Brandon & Terrance at One Fullerton.
Some of the peeps arrived at 1pm to book the seat, & I swear it was the best seat u could almost get to see all the fireworks, helicopter etc.
Our initial motive was to study there for the OPERA-PMS test on the following day.
But lets see, it was so scorching hot in the noon & the whole place was packed like crazy.
Its really difficult to study in such an environment.
So we weren't that productive.
We managed to get 2 tables and a brought a few laptops there such that we can watch the live NDP parade while sitting there.
  
And this was how close our seats were to the whole happening stuffs.
As internet is always slower than the live acts, we managed to watch 2 shows in a way.
1 live seen in our eyes, and 3 seconds later, the one on the screen shown in the laptop.
Recalling back, I havent been really into National day's stuff since quite some time ago.
Every year's national day seems to be just a holiday to me, dint watch the live NDP on TV too even if i'm at home.
And at 8pm, the fireworks came and it was as usual, marvelous.
But the sad thing is, after the whole parade, the place is always in a mess.
Full of rubbish, plants getting seriously trampled till they are all died.
And this is what I meant.
We chilled out for a while at one Fullerton until the crowd is all cleared.
And this is where all the cam whoring comes again.
:)
And for both national day, I got to spend with him. :D
